Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for the following:

Digital Products

1. Refunds are available for digital comics or downloadable content only if:
2. The product was not delivered.
3. The file is corrupt or inaccessible after multiple download attempts.
4. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
5. Physical Products (e.g., merchandise, printed comics):

Refunds are granted if the item is:

1. Received in a damaged condition.
2. Defective or not as described.
3. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
4. Event Tickets

Refunds are allowed only if the event is canceled or rescheduled.

Requests must be submitted no later than 7 days before the event date.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

1. Gift cards.
2. Subscriptions after the first month of activation.
3. Customized products or commissioned art, unless defective.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

Provide the following details in your email:
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt).
Reason for refund.
For physical items, attach images of the defect or damage.

Refund Process

Once your request is received, we will review it within 3-5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
For physical product returns, refunds will be issued after the item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

If you prefer, we may offer an exchange for defective or damaged physical items. Please indicate your preference in your refund request email.
